Jenna Clark is currently General Counsel with the Department of Justice Canada. Jenna represents the Crown in a wide array of tax litigation cases. She first joined the Department of Justice in 2000 following her call to the bar of Ontario. As the Training and Development Coordinator for Tax Law Services at the Ontario Regional Office, Jenna leads various training and teaching activities including training lawyers and paralegals and developing ongoing education programs. Jenna obtained a LL B from Osgoode Hall Law School and is currently working toward obtaining a LL M in the Osgoode Part-time Professional program, with a specialization in tax law.
